The Head Therapist plays a pivotal role in enhancing the wellness experience offered by our hospitality establishment in NEOM, Saudi Arabia. This position is ideal for a dedicated professional who is passionate about health and wellness, and who possesses a strong background in therapeutic practices. The Head Therapist will lead a team of therapists, ensuring that all treatments and services meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to create a serene and welcoming environment for guests. This role is temporary and is for a duration of one month. Candidates must be able to join immediately. Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the daily operations of the therapy department, ensuring all treatments are delivered to the highest standards.
  2. Develop and implement new treatment protocols and wellness programs to enhance guest experience.
  3. Train and mentor junior therapists, providing guidance on techniques and customer service.
  4. Conduct regular evaluations of therapy services and guest feedback to improve offerings.
  5. Manage inventory and supplies for the therapy department, ensuring all products are high quality and available.
  6. Collaborate with other departments to create integrated wellness packages for guests.
  7. Maintain a clean and safe working environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually enhance service offerings.
  9. Assist in marketing and promoting therapy services to attract new clients.
  10. Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and care.

  3. Proven experience in a therapeutic role within the hospitality industry.

  8. Proficiency in multiple therapeutic techniques.

Skills
  • Expertise in various massage techniques, such as Swedish, deep tissue, and aromatherapy.
  • Knowledge of anatomy and physiology related to therapeutic practices.
  • Strong customer service skills to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Ability to create personalized treatment plans based on individual guest needs.
  • Proficiency in maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Familiarity with wellness trends and holistic health practices.
