Spa Therapist

Perform all treatments safely and professionally for Guests. To operate and work following the Spa Policies & Procedures and SOP.Job Responsibilities:To report for duty punctually wearing the correct uniform and nametag and following good hygiene habits at all times. Make-up is a requirement for female therapists & hair as per the standard.Perform professional services according to standards with attention to detail and in a prompt timely manner.Advise guests of spa service programs, treatments and products available at the spa.Assist in promoting spa & body care products to guests and offer full product knowledge. This is part of the treatment standards to recommend products.Ensure all treatment rooms are fully set up before beginning treatment according to standards and procedures. Request, and collect stock & supplies by minimum stock levels.Assist in keeping accurate written records of treatments and products used given repeat guests.Participate in ongoing training, with assistance from your designated trainer and continue to improve your skill.To replenish all necessary items in the male/female spa promptly.Maintain a neat and orderly work area consistent with the high standards of the facilityConstantly maintain up-to-date knowledge of the personal services performed and any revisions in the skin care products or procedures used.Review appointments after completing each service and shiftAssist in the coordination of spa treatments with other spa programs.Serve as a catalyst to promote spa services to Members andCarry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned - e.g. reception, wet areas.Experiences & QualificationsHigh school graduateCompleted state-required therapy anatomy and physiology course or internationally recognized therapy qualificationMinimum of two years' experience in performing therapy services.Qualification in additional alternative therapiesCIDESCO Qualified or equivalentCIBTAC Qualified or equivalent2 years' service experience in a five-star SpaInternationally qualified therapistQualified therapist in facial, hot stone massage, Thai massage, and foot reflexology
