Engineering Graduate, preferably Mechanical, with 14 years of experience including 4 years' experience in senior management / leadership role. Experience of working in Oil & Gas Sector shall be preferred. Master's in Business Administration shall have an added advantage.

Responsibilities:
Job Summary:
To provide overall direction and leadership to liquefied gases department for efficient and smooth running of operations.
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for implementation from concept to commissioning of all LG related projects.
Lead all engineering activities and deliver operational targets within budget.
Negotiate and manage contracts of LNG/RLNG supply chain.
Negotiate gas sales and purchase agreements for both LNG and LPG.
Deal with regulatory bodies and stakeholders.
Prepare Annual Revenue and Capital Budgets of LG/LNG Department and ongoing/planned Projects.
Review financial reports and ensure that departments and projects are within their budget targets.
Ensure adequate budgetary approvals for new projects, expansion, etc. from MD/BOD/OGRA.
Assist the SGM ES in efficiently managing LG related matters of the Company.
Provide strategic advice to the SGM ES/DMD ops, focusing on the challenges and developments pertaining to LG Department and ensure that the appropriate policies are developed to meet the Company's mission and objectives complying with all relevant statutory and other regulations.
Ensure compliance with Regulatory, Ministries, and Government Directives.
Ensure succession planning by identifying, developing, and maintaining a pool of successors for key positions within the division/department.
Foster and encourage a continuous learning and development culture and encourage continuous education at all levels within the division/department.
Ensure that all operational procedures and practices are in conformity with the directives of the regulators.
Maintain cordial relationships with all the concerned government departments and officials.
