Operations Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced operations supervisor to help us implement the right processes across the Gamzland company and enable business growth. You’ll assess our departments’ operational methods and propose ways to improve them. Project management and effective communication are important operation supervisor skills. To succeed in this role, you should also be a good problem-solver with sharp, analytical thinking. If you are result-oriented and have excellent organizational skills, we’d like to meet you.

Responsibilities

1. Oversee efficiency of operational processes
2. Participate in strategic planning and goal-setting for various business functions, including IT and customer support
3. Analyze business requirements and customer needs
4. Research methods to improve operations and reduce costs
5. Monitor and report on department performance
6. Supervise and train employees
7. Provide administrative support (e.g. updating inventory)
8. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations

Requirements and Skills

1. Previous experience as an operations supervisor or similar role
2. Knowledge or background in Engineering
3. 1-2 years of experience in the entertainment sector is a plus
4. Hands-on experience implementing operational processes
5. Excellent project management skills
6. Knowledge of operational principles and policies
7. Organizational skills and attention to detail
8. Team leadership
9. Knowledge of targets for staff
10. Multitasking
