ENTER THE GAME
The Affiliate manager will be responsible for affiliation channel performances and growth in Portugal. With the supervision of the Affiliate Marketing Team Leader, or other person designated by the Company, your main responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
YOUR ROLE AT BETCLIC
In this context, your duties are:
Build and develop strategic partnerships:
Develop maintain, and optimize partnerships with affiliates and other stakeholders to align with business goals and market trends. Identify, evaluate, and negotiate partnerships with digital platforms, affiliates, and third-party vendors to expand Betclic's digital footprint Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing partners (affiliates, influencers) while continually seeking opportunities to deepen collaboration.Develop and maintain the direct affiliation networkImplement initiatives that enhance affiliates and partners' productivity
Revenue Optimization:
Drive revenue growth by optimizing partnerships, deals, and campaigns to achieve maximum return on investment (ROI). Drive revenue growth through partnerships by developing joint marketing initiatives, affiliate programs, and revenue-sharing agreements. Analyze and optimize partnership performance to maximize ROI.Optimize existing deals, check the quality of recruitmentOptimize online advertising campaigns.
Campaign and Performance Management :
Effectively manage affiliate and advertising campaigns, ensuring accurate tracking, performance analysis, and timely reporting.Monitor and analyze results of all campaigns.Updating affiliate campaigns.Tracking of affiliate campaigns in multiple platforms.Generate creatives, links, and reports for various partners.Complete daily and weekly reporting procedures.Verification of affiliate sites' creatives and content - report outdated material and campaigns.

This job is for you if:
You have knowledge of online gaming industry or other e-commerce industry preferredYou have Knowledge and hands-on practice in Digital MarketingYou have a minimum of two years of experience in the partnership fieldYou have knowledge of affiliate management tools and tracking platformsYou have strong negotiation & communication skillsYou are proactive, and a great Team Player.You can adapt quickly to market changes and regulations.
