Manager Line Maintenance-Riyadh

Job purpose:Manage, direct, and follow up all Maintenance activities in the regional station.Direct ideas and take an appropriate decision to achieve objectives according to approved regulations and procedures.Responsibilities:Direct supervision of the Department's staff, distribute tasks, follow-up and evaluate their performance to ensure production continuity.Ensure the implementation of policies and procedures which comply with approved processes to achieve day-to-day operations in a controlled manner.Ensure always implementing rules and procedures.Confirm all work accomplishments to fall within the airworthiness.Ensure compliance with the goals and objectives of aircraft maintenance plans.Ensure implementing safety, security, and quality requirements on aircraft maintenance.Identify manpower needs, facilities, and financial approvals to implement activities related to aircraft maintenance.Ensure the availability of tools and equipment for hangars, offices, and other facilities related to maintenance workshops.Supervise maintenance programs and support equipment inside the aircraft hangars.Provide qualified and trained manpower to take care of maintenance tasks.Provide operational and administrative support to the executive management in all matters related to aircraft maintenance.Evaluate the competitive situation for the development of maintenance services in line with the approved technical levels.Identify and handle obstacles and problems that face the management with the highest levels of speed and efficiency.Ensure implementing rules and procedures in emergency cases.Prepare the management budget and monitor the expenses.Improve the rules and procedures that serve the work and ensure their implementation.Prepare the annual training courses and vacations scheduling for the Department staff and obtain needed approvals.Communicate and coordinate with relevant departments and represent the Department in meetings inside/outside the Division.Perform any other tasks related to maintenance.Required Education Degree & Qualifications:Diploma and preferred who has Bachelor / master's in engineering (Mechanical / Electronical / Electrical) or any other related major.Airframe & Power plant license approved by GACA.Advanced Level of English.Attachment Required:Personal CV/Resume.Academic certificates with transcript.
