An award-winning architectural design studio in Dublin city centre, is seeking to recruit a Senior Architectural Technologist to work on a range of medium and largescale commercial, retail, residential and leisure developments. With a wide-ranging project portfolio spanning all project typologies, they are one of Irelands leading design consultancies who have become synonymous with cutting edge design and sustainable architecture. The ideal Architectural Technologist will have in excess of 10 years industry experience, be familiar with the current industry regulations in Ireland, be ambitious, hardworking and a team player. Working closely with senior members of the team, the Architectural Technologist will work in a fast-paced collaborative environment to ensure project objectives and milestones are achieved by the team. In addition to working on exciting projects, personal and professional development is encouraged and rewarded. The Architectural Technologist should: Hold an educational qualification in Architectural Technology and 10 years post qualification experience Previous success delivering complex projects from RIAI stages 1-8 Project experience should include a range of medium or largescale developments Full proficiency in Revit essential, knowledge of SketchUp and MS office is desired Strong technical understanding and experience working with current industry regulations Have the ability to lead, mentor and motivate junior team members Possess strong organisational, communication (both verbal and written), time management and problem-solving skills are important attributes Hard working and ambitious Must hold and EU passport or valid work permit Salary: €55k-€70k DOE Annual Bonus Pension Annual salary review Bike to work scheme If you are an experienced Senior Architectural Technologist with recent architectural experience and are interested in this opportunity or further opportunities withi Skills: Architectural Technologist Revit
