CFO Energy Sector Position Description Outstanding opportunity to join the leadership team of a fast growing, fast-paced energy group during as exciting team for the business as they embark on a period of organic and acquisitive growth and development. CFO will play an integral role in: Supporting and influencing the CEO and SLT on growth strategy execution, and reporting progress to the Board Leading, and further developing the Finance, IT and HR functions M&A modelling, due diligence, acquisitions, integrations and preparing for eventual exit for investors/ shareholders Financial & Management Reporting ownership and oversight over financial controls and FP&A functions including financial reporting, KPI reporting, budgeting, statutory reporting and tax planning and compliance Treasury future fundraising, managing and further developing banking relationships, cashflow and working capital management Candidate Background Ideal candidate will have the following background: Minimum 5 years experience at FD/ CFO level Strong academic track record Energy sector experience strongly preferred Finance leadership experience within a scaling PE-backed company with international operations M&A and preferably Exit experience Strong technical accounting and tax skills and excellent analytical/modelling skills About our Client Our client is fast-growing and leading PE-backed energy Group, preparing to embark on a further period of growth and expansion.
