Job Title: Junior Quantity Surveyor Job Type: Permanent Location:Co. MonaghanRef: S11609 RecruitmentPlus on behalf of our successful client have an opportunity for a Junior / Intermediate Quantity Surveyorto join and support the team. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or those with some previous experience to be based in office in Co. Monaghan. Requirements: Possess formal Qualification Previous experience in Quantity Surveying within Ireland or internationally, residential experience would be beneficial Excellent English language and communication skills, able to work within a wider team and independently Upholds a professional approach with the desire to succeed Key Duties & Responsibilities: Tendering new projects and completing BOQs / SORs Appoint and managing Sub-contractor accounts including valuations and payments Issuing purchase orders to Sub-contractors/Suppliers using in-house purchasing software Liaise with Site/Contract Managers Issuing and managing of contract variations Creation and managing of monthly valuations Assisting Senior QSs Other duties as may be required If you have the relevant qualifications and experience and are interested in this position, please apply now and Ciara who is based in our Northeast office will be in contact if you are suitable.
