Fire Extinguisher Sales & Service Technician

The Fire Extinguisher Sales and Service Technician: Responsible for the Service and sales of Fire extinguishers, Fire hoses, Fore Hydrants and any related Fire Safety items deemed applicable for a Fire and security company in the Mid-West Region. The technician acts as a liaison between the customers and the company by providing exceptional customer service. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Complete scheduled work as assigned at our customer facilities Operate mainly in the Mid West area. Service , Test , Replace and check equipment in good working condition Identify and resolve customer complaints Provide fire extinguisher training for customers Comply with all safety standards (I.S. 291-2015) Ability to grow sales in the region Job Requirements: Acceptable driving record (last 3 years) Sales and customer service experience Scheduling and routing experience Experience working with hand tools Computer knowledge Preferred Skills: Mechanical aptitude Problem solving ability Highly organised and detail oriented Must be a team player Skills: sales & customer experience Good communication skills Full drivers licence
