Assistant HR Manager (Bahraini's only) - Kingdom

HR experienced candidates in similar position. Assistant Manager for Human Resources. Recruitment and Staffing: Proficiency in talent acquisition, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring. HR Policies and Legal Compliance: Knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and regulatory compliance. The role is mainly carried out with sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing, selecting and giving an induction program to the candidate and delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout the organization. This will be achieved through the development of local and national recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas.
  • Recruiting and supplying the right manpower to the organization.
  • Administrating the company’s manpower planning in an effective manner.
  • Administrating the company’s disciplinary actions.
  • Control, maintain and update the manpower plan and prepare related monthly and weekly reports.
  • Ensure all vacancies are filled with suitable candidates within the targeted time.
Other Duties: Handling disciplinary actions once an employee disobeys the company internal policies, rules & regulations. Maintaining a record of the memos, warnings, and suspension orders given to the employees. Correspondence to ministries needs to be maintained in a separate file. Handling the procedures for applying new licenses, renewal of licenses, renewal of passport and renewal of CPR. Correspondence to LMRA. Proper filing and updating the HRMS system related module(s). Assists the HRD with managing human resource operations. Plans and organizes workloads and recommends staff assignments as needed. Monitors priorities and schedules as needed to assure work is performed in a timely and efficient manner according to appropriate guidelines, procedures, and legal regulations.
