HR SPECIALIST

RMK Group is looking for an HR Specialist to join our team and monitor all Human Resources functions. We are seeking a candidate that is self-motivated and possesses an innate ability to establish strong working relationships at all levels within the organization. The candidate must have a high sense of ownership/accountability, the ability to work in a fast-paced agile company with a go-getter attitude, and a learning mindset. The candidate should be available in Bahrain. Responsibilities:

3. Handle Employee relations
4. Manage HR Data and Analytics
5. Employee retention policies
6. Performance management
7. Succession planning
8. Compensation and benefits
9. Rewards & other benefits
10. Market research of pay

1. Proven work experience as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist role
2. Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRMS - GreytHR)
3. Solid understanding of Bahrain labor legislation and payroll process
4. Familiarity with full-cycle recruiting
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
6. Good problem-solving abilities
7. Team management skills

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or relevant field
