Company Name: first arab companyJob DescriptionA BMS (Building Management System) Operator is responsible for monitoring, controlling, and maintaining the building's automated systems, including HVAC, lighting, and security systems.Job PurposeThe purpose of this role is to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency of the building's automated systems, promptly address any faults or alarms, and conduct regular system checks and maintenance.Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesMonitor and control the building's automated systems, including HVAC, lighting, and security systems.Promptly address any faults or alarms in the automated systems.Conduct regular system checks and maintenance to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency.QualificationsRequired QualificationsProficiency in BMS software.Strong problem-solving abilities.Attention to detail.Solid understanding of building systems and controls.
