Customer Sales Representative - CSR

Job DescriptionConduct outbound sales calls to contractors, construction companies, and related industry professionals.

Introduce and promote our services & products, highlighting the advantages and value they bring to potential clients.

Engage in consultative selling, understanding clients' needs and recommending the most suitable solutions.

Actively follow up on leads and opportunities to drive conversions.

Collaborate with the internal team to provide accurate and timely information to clients.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new sales opportunities.

Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.

Develop trusted relationships with a portfolio of clients to ensure they do not turn to competition.

Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements by learning the international business.

Acquire new customers and provide customer consulting in order to reach sustainable sales results (email, CRM tools, text, and calls).

Meet & exceed short & long-term assigned revenue targets.
