ResponsibilitiesInventory Management:

Design key performance indicators of B2C (Used car) inventory team that ensures maximum throughput of Ads, quality of adverts, and resource optimization.

Operationalize the key success activities driven by the key objectives and KPIs.

Monitor the trajectory of organic ads and lead the corresponding necessary actions required with the help of key stakeholders.

Sales Management:Design comprehensive KPIs for the Internal Sales team that ensures sales and its quality.

Maintain operational control that leads to standardization and resource optimization.

Explore and generate other sources of revenue from existing and new products.

Materialize synergies that exist between the inventory and sales streams.

Lead and drive the B2C segment as an independent business unit.

Proficient in making, operationalizing, and executing established norms and 'best practices' of Outbound teams.

Job SpecificationQualification/Requirements:

Must have an MBA or Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university.

At least 6-8 years of experience in managing a large direct sales team.

Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a diverse sales team to achieve sales targets.

Experience and success in recruiting and retaining a high-performance sales team.

Demonstrated ability to professionally develop and coach team members.

Strategy development, project management, problem-solving, and change management skills.

Exceptional negotiation skills.

Ability to build positive working relationships, both internally and externally, with strong oral and written communication skills.
