We're hiring a Sales Agent with a strong background in Hajj and Umrah travel for the UK shift. As a Ticketing Sales Specialist, you'll assist clients with travel plans, ticketing, and offer expert guidance on Hajj and Umrah pilgrimage.

Responsibilities:

Help clients plan and book their travel, especially for Hajj and Umrah.

Find flights, compare prices, and make reservations.

Understand airline rules, visa requirements, and provide accurate information.

Issue tickets, ensuring details are correct.

Offer advice on visas, travel insurance, and required documents.

Stay updated on airline info and Hajj/Umrah travel details.

Assist with changes, cancellations, and resolve issues.

Build strong relationships with airlines for client benefits.

Stay informed about industry trends and tools.

Maintain accurate records and collaborate with the team.

Job SpecificationStrong attention to detail and computer skills.

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Customer-focused with a passion for travel.

Must be fluent in English.

Availability to work UK hours.
