Nrsg Manager/Head Nurse - Critical Care (NICU)

We're looking for a Nursing Manager of Head Nurse who is ready and deployable on or before Dec 1, 2024 Job responsibilitiesAssisting with and coordinating patient care Allocating nursing and healthcare resources where needed Organizing nurses' notes regarding patients Providing patient paperwork to doctors Coordinating patient payments with payments department or process payments on their own Participating in the hiring of new nursing staff and training new hires Creating schedules for nursing staff Resolving employee conflicts Resolving patient issues Creating reports for facility management Placing orders for equipment and suppliesRequirements Proven experience as a registered nurse. Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures. Excellent knowledge of emergency care. In-depth knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures (sanitation, decontamination etc.) and willingness to follow them at all times. A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Responsible and compassionate. Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking skills. Patient with excellent problem-solving skills. B.Sc or other diploma from a nursing program. A valid nursing license.
