The role is expected to work on product development and strategy assisting line management in developing opportunities into actionable plans and execute projects to deliver growth, profitability, and business objectives.

The role reports directly to the Program Manager. The role is an individual contributor and is responsible for completing tasks or projects independently, without managing or supervising others.

What does Manager Products and Strategy do?Analyzing and optimizing the existing tower portfolio by evaluating factors like site utilization, technology compatibility, lease terms, and potential revenue streams.

Identifies and prioritizes product and service improvement opportunities.

Identifies and develops strategic opportunities for business growth and gaining market share.

Research and analyze industry trends to identify emerging market opportunities.

Assessing the competitive landscape of other TowerCos and evaluating their strategies.

Exploring and developing new tower-related products and services.

Overseeing tenant relationships, negotiating lease agreements with mobile network operators (MNOs), and maximizing occupancy rates.

Developing comprehensive business plans for tower portfolio expansion, new services, and financial performance projections.

Financial evaluation and modelling of potential business opportunities (comparable analysis, DCF analysis, financial impact analysis, etc.)

Utilizes comprehensive knowledge of company's internal operations to develop forward-looking business focus.

Develops complex forecasting models, budgets, resource allocation and project plans.

Liaise with internal stakeholders, advisors, and management.

RequirementsA bachelor's / master's degree in business, or engineering, ideally with an understanding of the telecom industry.

Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.

Strong financial analysis and presentation skills.

Competitor benchmarking, consumer knowledge and industry intelligence.

Strategic and creative thinking.

Experience in successfully leading complex projects.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
