Roles & Responsibilities:

Expertise in competitor analysis and ability to keep up with the competition and pivot the product accordingly.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather feedback and align product initiatives.

Engage with customers and gather insights to inform product decisions and enhancements.

Define and prioritize product features, requirements, and design elements while maintaining comprehensive product roadmaps.

Conduct market research and stay updated with industry trends to inform product decisions.

Responsible for the research on and functional design of IoT & CMMS applications.

Partner with multidisciplinary teams to solve challenging problems.

Meet timelines & goals in a cross-functional environment.Requirements

Bachelor's in Engineering with a minimum of 1 year of industrial experience.

Proficient in navigating and thriving within a dynamic Agile environment.

Possesses hands-on experience with CMMS, EAM, or ERP systems.

Demonstrates strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.

Preferred, though not mandatory, fluent in Python, SQL, and NoSQL databases, as well as Business Intelligence.

Preferred, though not mandatory, familiarity with the IoT domain.
