Job Description Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in nursing. • 3 years of experience in the same Field in Pediatric intensive care unit ( PICU ). • Dataflow is a must. • Saudi license holder is a plus. • Fluent in English Job description and responsibilities Closely monitor patient vital signs, including heart rate, blood pressure, respiratory rate, and oxygen saturation. Operate and maintain advanced life-support equipment, such as ventilators and cardiac monitors. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans. Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families. Accurately and thoroughly document patient care and progress. Respond to medical emergencies and perform advanced life support procedures. Understand the unique needs and challenges of pediatric patients. Be proficient in using specialized pediatric equipment and techniques. Effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare team members. Make quick and informed decisions in high-pressure situations.
