ResponsibilitiesAdvanced knowledge of configuration/customization of the platform.
Agrees to the technical architecture and ensures that the architectural integrity is maintained.
Ensures adherence to standards and best practices (e.g., source code control, code reviews, etc.).
Coordinates the team's day-to-day technical activities.
Interacts with the Project Manager frequently and provides feedback on progress, alerts him of risks, and helps the PM develop a strategy to mitigate these risks.Requirements:Master's/ Bachelor's Degree from a reputed University.
5 years of relevant Experience in a well-reputed company.
Demonstrated expertise in at least two SNOW modules (e.g. ITSM, CSM, ITOM, ITBM etc.).
Configure ServiceNow instances & Portals from scratch.
Create new ServiceNow procedures and workflows.
Leverage Flow Designer to further mature the service catalog and migrate away from workflows.
Maintain an ongoing knowledge of the ServiceNow product, version upgrades, enhancements, new features, etc.
Developing, configuring, and customizing the ServiceNow platform to fit business requirements.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements.
Writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code requires expertise to achieve.
Code reviews and quality control checks should be undertaken as part of every project to guarantee maximum efficiency and productivity.
Expertise in web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Proven ability to set up ServiceNow using Business Rules, Client Scripts, sophisticated UI Policies, Flow Designer, ACLs, Script Includes, and UI Scripts to meet needs.
Experience with JavaScript/GLIDE and HTML5.
Expertise with REST/SOAP APIs to integrate ServiceNow with other IT systems.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to gather requirements from internal and external stakeholders.
Strong analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Ability to work the Afternoon shift.Certifications:A certified System Administrator is required.
Certified Application Developer is a plus.
Certified Implementation Specialist - ITSM is a plus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
