Job Summary:We are seeking a motivated and experienced Distribution and Channel Sales Manager to join our team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in solar inverter sales and a strong background in managing distribution channels. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth through effective channel partnerships and distribution networks.Key Responsibilities:Channel Development: Identify, establish, and maintain relationships with key distributors and channel partners in the solar inverter market.
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share within the assigned territory.
Training & Support: Provide training and ongoing support to distributors and channel partners to enhance their product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and optimize sales strategies
Sales Performance Monitoring: Track sales performance metrics, prepare reports, and present findings to senior management.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Promotional Activities: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns that drive channel sales.RequirementsBachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2-3 years of proven experience in distribution and channel sales, specifically in the solar inverter industry.
Strong understanding of solar energy products and market dynamics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze market data and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
