Accounting Assistant Manager Manager

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING HERE You are expected to oversee and perform the endtoend accounting process of the Company. This role requires a candidate who is servicefocused selfdriven and eager to grow. We are looking for talent who has strong ownership and is able to execute tasks assigned timely. Accounting:

• Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
• Manage the monthend and yearend closing processes.
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.

• Ensure compliance with local state and federal financial regulations and reporting requirements.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks
• Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies as needed.

• Lead and manage the accounting team.
• Foster a collaborative and highperformance team environment.
• Provide training and development opportunities for team members.

• Oversee and ensure monthly payroll are processed timely and accurately
• Manage and work with HR junior personal on HRrelated tasks to ensure an effective HR process is in place.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of financial goals with company objectives.
• Communicate financial performance and strategy to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3 5 years of experience in accounting related role or audit firm
• Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field; CPA or CMA preferred.
• Strong understanding of financial principles accounting standards and regulations.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint).
• Excellent analytical problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
