• Capability gap/needs analysis
• Global content transcreation (offline & online)
• Content & knowledge management

• Learning deployment (offline & online)
• On-the-job program support
• Audience engagement & management
• Program evaluation & impact

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
• Proven experience in commercial training and development or similar role
• Experience with FMCGs will be preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
