We’re seeking a seasoned Senior Customer Success Manager to lead client relationships, specifically for the Australian market, and drive long-term client success through strong communication and account growth. Job Timing: 5:30 AM to 2:30 PM Position Overview: As the Client Service Manager-Australia, you will be the primary point of contact (SPOC) for our Australian clients, responsible for fostering strong relationships, driving project success, and identifying growth opportunities. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing digital marketing accounts like Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and SEO, handling client accounts, and be skilled in upselling, cross-selling, and client retention strategies. This is a permanent full-time remote role. Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Building : Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor to support their goals and maximize the value of our services.
- End-to-End Client Management : Own the overall relationship with assigned clients, including managing onboarding, implementation, and ensuring a smooth transition through all client lifecycle stages.
- Account Strategy & Optimization : Oversee the strategic direction and performance of Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and SEO accounts, ensuring alignment with client goals and objectives.
- Upselling & Cross-Selling : Meet upsell and cross-sell targets by proactively identifying opportunities to introduce additional services and solutions, increasing customer adoption and value.
- Client Retention & Satisfaction : Develop strategies to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty, actively working to retain high-value accounts through attentive relationship management and proactive solutions.
- Regional Communication : Tailor communication to align with Australian client preferences, effectively navigating cultural nuances and adapting communication styles as needed.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with internal teams (SEO, Paid Ads, Content, etc.) to ensure seamless service delivery and alignment with client objectives.
- Data Analysis & Reporting : Regularly analyze and present performance metrics, providing clients with actionable insights and recommendations for campaign optimization.
- Minimum 6-7 years in customer success, senior account management, or a client-facing role within the digital marketing industry, with proven experience managing at least 25+ accounts.
- Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and SEO, with hands-on experience managing these accounts.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, adept at understanding Australian client preferences.
- Proficient in analyzing performance data and generating insights to guide strategic recommendations.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
