Job Title: Corporate Sales Executive/Manager Department: Sales & Business Development Reports To: Manager Job Purpose : Responsible to drive corporate sales growth by acquiring new accounts and maximizing revenue from existing clients for travel management solutions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new corporate business opportunities through prospecting networking and lead generation.
  • Develop and present tailored travel management proposals to potential corporate clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with new and existing corporate accounts.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients to ensure retention and account growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of corporate travel programs.
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends competitor offerings and Cozmo Travels products and services.
  • Attend industry events trade shows and networking functions to promote Cozmo Travels corporate services.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities pipeline and forecasts to management.
Operational excellence:
  • Implement and maintain efficient workflows to maximize productivity.
  • Ensure consistent highquality service delivery to corporate clients.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to streamline processes.
  • Use data analytics to identify areas for operational improvement.

  • Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).

Education:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
Experience:
  • Proven track record in business development or sales preferably in the travel industry.
  • Experience in managing corporate clients and travel programs 3 years and above preferably in Abu Dhabi.
  • Proficiency in CRM software Travel Management System analytical tools and Microsoft Office suite.
