Contracts Manager - Major Rail Project- Qatar Contracts Manager - Major Rail Project- QatarEssential Candidate Requirements:The candidate must have extensive experience in contract management. They will have overseen major projects from start through to completion. As Contracts Manager you will be responsible for the profitable delivery of a major rail scheme whilst managing key areas of risk and applying excellent contractual and commercial practicesThe candidate must have the following attributes:• Degree qualified in a relevant discipline - such as quantity surveying• At least 10+ years post graduate experience.• Proven track record of managing the contracts on major programmes of work from inception to completion including the contracts of sub-consultants and contractors.• Must have worked on major projects• Professionally Qualified by RICS• Excellent knowledge of all commercial contracts with FIDIC experience essential• Exceptional written and spoken English.• Have worked for Blue Chip consultancies/have a stable track record with these companies.Remuneration Package:Very competitive tax free salaryCompany Overview:World leading Blue Chip international consultancy undertaking some of the highest profile projects across the globe, covering major rail, building and infrastructure projects. The Role:With an excellent track record as a Contracts Manager with a background in Quantity Surveying on major infrastructure schemes.
