For ourselves, our clients and society in general!Job DescriptionAs Senior Manager - Media, you'll help lead a cross-functional team across the MENA and other regions that includes Digital strategy, planning, delivery, and educating the group at large on best practice tactics - all connected to driving business impact.Day to day, your responsibilities will include:Develop strategically sound communication plans tackling key client challenges while ensuring world-class client servicing and account management skills.Understand client's overall business and marketing objectives displaying a sound knowledge of all online media channels and offline channels including TV, print, radio, and outdoor etc. Working efficiently as part of an overall integrated team while leading them.Be very hands-on with the media strategies in not just regional but global markets while ensuring top-notch media planning delivery from the team members.Look for innovative opportunities to deliver new solutions that demonstrate superior value to clients through close relationships with media and technology partners.Lead updates at regular client review meetings and status calls on specific channel(s).QualificationsWe're looking for a talented Senior Manager who's also a delight to work with, which usually includes:5+ years of experience running campaigns both from a technical and strategic side. At least 2 years of team management experience is required.Experience in hybrid media strategy.Practical experience in digital and traditional media planning.Solid digital planning skills, mainly on the upper funnel (OLV, Social, Programmatic).
