Key responsibilities will include:Tracking of work orders and job completion reportsFollowing up on job completion certificates, purchase requisitions, purchase orders and goods received notes for completed work ordersRaising invoices for completed jobs and preparing accrued income analysis every month for work partially completed.Facilitating payments to subcontractors from the head office by ensuring GRN's are completed on time.Checking invoices for subcontractors and ensuring they are correct before submitting for payment to the head office.Ensuring adequate inventory is maintained at the site and timely recording of GRN's and SIV's in the system to update inventory records.Preparing monthly profit and loss report for the site.Job TypeFull-timeAbility to commute/relocate:Al-Ayn: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
