As a key player in our strategic development and implementation process, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our organization.Key Responsibilities:1. Strategy Management:Conduct strategic research and competitor analytics to identify opportunities.Drive key strategic initiatives by engaging with stakeholders and facilitating cross-cluster decision-making.Provide regular updates on long-term strategy development to company management.Develop partnerships, strategic alliances, and associations while effectively representing the company's views.2. Strategy Development / Formulation:Facilitate the formulation of a three-year business plan.Analyze key trends to enhance business competitiveness.Lead discussions on strategic interventions and opportunities.Obtain buy-in for the implementation of recommendations.3. Business Planning:Develop business planning guidelines and facilitate planning reviews.Contribute to the creation of an annual Group business plan through cluster contributions.4. Strategy Execution Monitoring:Review Group strategic aspirations and milestones through analytics and reporting.Ensure the execution of strategic initiatives by monitoring outcomes.Coordinate strategic initiatives and collaboration through planning and review sessions.5. Continuous Improvement and Corporate Citizenship:Identify opportunities to improve business processes, models, and systems.Contribute to a culture conducive to achieving transformation goals.Research and recommend corporate citizenship initiatives in your area of influence.6.
