The RoleAre you a strategic thinker with a passion for driving sales growth and enhancing brand presence?Join Imperial Brands PLC as a Senior Trade Marketing Manager and lead the charge in developing and executing impactful trade marketing strategies!Principal AccountabilitiesStrategy Development: Craft and implement trade marketing strategies aligned with our commercial and marketing goals. Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities.Project Management: Coordinate and execute trade marketing campaigns, including promotions, brand activations, and product launches. Manage the trade marketing budget efficiently.Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of trade marketing professionals. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure cohesive and effective strategies. Collaborate with design and production teams on promotional materials.Analysis and Reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and optimization recommendations.Client and Supplier Relations: Maintain and develop relationships with key clients and business partners.
