BIM Architect

We are looking for a BIM Architect who will play a key role in shaping projects. You’ll help ensure that every design is creative, practical, and meets the needs of our clients. You’ll work closely with a team of architects, engineers, and other professionals, using your skills in BIM technology and architecture. Your work will help us deliver high-quality designs that meet our standards for safety and accuracy.
Responsibilities:
Lead and complete design and BIM work, making sure 3D models are accurate and detailed.
Join design discussions and meetings to collaborate with architects, engineers, and other team members on project details.
Check drawings carefully to ensure they meet our quality standards.
Review safety guidelines, building codes, and other requirements to ensure that designs follow regulations.
Solve issues in drawing details by gathering information, working with team members, and finding practical solutions.
Help prepare schedules for materials and finishes, as well as other project documents.
Visit project sites to ensure the design and safety standards are being followed.
What We’re Looking For:
A Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Industrial Technology (Drafting major).
6-10 years of experience as a Revit Modeler/Drafter or in a similar BIM role.
Strong skills in BIM software like ArchiCAD, Revit, and other related tools. Experience in residential construction and interior design is a plus.
A good understanding of building construction technology and the ability to read architectural and engineering drawings.
Basic design and drafting skills, along with problem-solving abilities.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Willingness to work on-site in Clark, Pampanga, and available to start right away.
