Key Responsibilities :

  • File Renaming : Ensure all files follow a consistent and organized naming convention to maintain easy accessibility and uniformity.
  • File Conversion : Convert documents from Microsoft Word, Excel, and emails into PDF format as required for secure and consistent documentation.
  • File Combining : Consolidate multiple documents or files into a single PDF file where necessary for streamlined access and review.
  • PDF File Uploading : Accurately upload PDF documents into our systems, ensuring they are correctly indexed and accessible to relevant team members.
Qualifications :
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and PDF software (such as Adobe Acrobat).
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
  • Prior experience in document management or a similar role is a plus.
