Responsibilities:Execute all lab activities needed for formula evaluation, including performance, stability, and claim support.Responsible for all lab preparations for samples, chemicals, and any other supporting materials needed to run all lab tests.Participate in raw materials and formula audits on relevant systems/databases.Assist in creating eMDS requests for new and used RM/Semi-FP and ensure full linkage until obtaining SFG MSDS.Execute all test methods/demos that demonstrate the superiority of our products compared to competitors or benchmarks.Support marketing and market research in idea generation sessions.Your Skills:Bachelor's degree in sciences (Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Biology).Ability to understand and translate consumer needs.Basic knowledge to understand company targets and project KPIs.Ability to manage lab activities from initiation phase to results analysis.Good communication skills, planning, time management, and teamwork.
