Roles & Responsibilities:
QA Manager (ARAMCO SAP No Preferred).
University Degree in Mechanical Background with a minimum of 10 years of Inspection / QA/QC experience in oil and gas.
Familiar with all Saudi Aramco and International standards, ISO 9001:2015, and a Certified Lead Auditor.
Prepare, review, and approve project Quality Plans, Procedures, Audit Plans, ITPs, etc.
Implement, monitor, and control Quality Processes and functions during project execution until mechanical completion and handover to the client.
Overall responsibility for quality assurance and control activities on the project, ensuring the development and implementation of quality control procedures, work instructions, inspection and testing plans, and close coordination with the Customer's representative at the site.
Assign quality control personnel to various areas of activity.
Monitor day-to-day cases of gas quality issues and project complaints in accordance with the approved quality plan.
Prepare and review quality control-related procedures as necessary.
Oversee the daily content and consistency of subordinate inspectors' daily inspection logbooks and various Quality Records.
Control Nonconformance on the job site.
Prepare the project quality management report, inspection testing plans, checklists, etc.
Ensure the overall QMS of the project is well established, monitored, and controlled.
Issue Project Quality Assurance and Quality Control procedures, ITPs, and Forms.
Review Inspection reports and related nonconformance reports.
Evaluate supplier/sub-supplier quality systems.
Prepare the audit plan and implement planned audits within the system and sub-contractors.
Prepare and implement training programs and monthly reporting.
Ensure quality documents/records are collated and compiled systematically.
Monitor and control subcontractors' QMS for the project.
