About the Opportunity: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced
Account Manager to join our client's team in Mudgee, focusing on the
Central West NSW region, including Dubbo, Orange, Bathurst, and the
Riverina. This role offers a unique opportunity to significantly

About You: We are looking for a sales professional with a visionary
mindset and a hands-on approach. You are not just a salesperson; you

Your background in construction, industrial, or heavy industries,
combined with your CRM proficiency, will give you an edge in this
role.
You will be pivotal in engaging with prospects and clients,
establishing and maintaining long-term relationships, and identifying
new business opportunities. You will spend at least four days a week
in the field, directly interacting with clients to understand their
needs, outperform competitors, and explore untapped markets.
Reporting to the Field Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in
strategic positioning and sales tactics, driving proactive business
development, and adapting to market changes. This position is ideal
for professionals who excel in dynamic environments and are eager to
contribute to growth in the competitive concrete sector.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct face-to-face meetings with customers,
building and strengthening relationships. Develop a comprehensive
understanding of the product portfolio and identify growth
opportunities. Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities,
converting them into tangible successes. Optimize core business
processes for increased operational efficiency. Maintain detailed and
accurate records in the CRM system. Perform thorough competitor
analysis to inform strategic positioning. Achieve sales volume,
quoting, and project targets in line with the budget.
Key Qualities: Proven track record in account management and market
share expansion. Excellent communication and stakeholder management
abilities. Account management experience in industrial or heavy
industries, particularly building materials or steel. CRM proficient.
Unrestricted driving license and own transport.
