*Registered Massage Therapist - London, ON*We are looking for a Registered Massage Therapist interested in running their practice out of Align Family Health & Fitness. We are a group of other Sole Proprietors (including an Osteopath, Kinesiologist, Physiotherapist and Massage Therapist) who are passionate about helping people stay pain and injury free. We have an established steady client base who appreciate the multi-disciplinary approach to their health care. Align is a newly renovated space with a community feel. We get to know our clients who come in regularly to utilize the various disciplines represented at Align. Align provides the following services to help support you in your RMT practice.*Align Provides:** Marketing (including website with your personal profile, ongoing paid advertising on Google and Facebook to keep your schedule full)* Business Coaching* Partial Administration Support* Jane Bookings and Bookkeeping Support* RMT Room fitted with a massage bed* Established client base*Sole Proprietor RMT Responsibilities:** Must hold a valid business license and GST number* Must be a Registered Massage Therapist with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario* Must have up to date personal liability insurance* Kinesiology Degree is an asset, but not required* They should have registered courses completed with your clinical experience if practicing for more than 1 year or have interest in pursuing continued education courses if they are a new graduate – have an area of specialty or interest (for example, TMJ)* Structural Integration Training/Knowledge is an asset.* Myofascial Release Therapy is an asset.* Provide own linens, towels and wash them* Provide consumables (for example massage oils, heating pad)*Fee for Services: *Revenue split 70/30 - Choose your shifts and choose how much you would like to work.Start Date: As soon as possible.Email your resume to info@alignfamilyfitness.com (Contact Person: Julie McLean)Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, FreelancePay: $39,750.93-$96,325.61 per yearExpected hours: 20 – 40 per weekBenefits:* Casual dress* Extended health care* Flexible schedule* On-site gym* On-site parkingFlexible language requirement:* French not requiredSchedule:* Evening shift* Monday to Friday* Weekends as neededLicence/Certification:* Registered Massage Therapist with CMTO (required)Work Location: In personExpected start date: 2024-09-02
