To assist with this, we are currently looking for a Real Estate Sales Manager for their Christchurch operation. With a proven history and reputation around the Bays your role as Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the management of the Sales Team including but not limited to
You will be supported and valued by a great management team and become an important part of the Ray White Ferymead and Metro Team. Whilst current (or previous) Real Estate Industry management experience is preferred; consideration would also be given to those currently working in Real Estate with previous management experience in another field. As you will need to have a good understanding of compliance issues you would need to have your Real Estate Licence. We would also consider people with a legal background to manage the compliance aspect of the role. A competitive remuneration package is offered based on experience.
