ERP Implementation Consultant - Manufacturing

Qualification : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Experience : 1+ years (preference for experience in the UAE) Skills :Job Description:Responsiblity:In-depth knowledge of manufacturing ERP systems, including how different modules (production, inventory, sales, purchase, finance and hr) interact and flow together.Experience in customizing and configuring ERP software to meet specific manufacturing needs.Accounting knowledge related to various ERP modules, including sales, purchasing, inventory, and productionManufacturing ProcessesUnderstanding of production planning, production process, costing, inventory management & quality control.Project ManagementSkills in managing ERP implementation projects, including scope, timeline, and resource management.Gather and Analyse the requirements to identify key functionalities that the customer is looking for in the ERP system. This includes understanding their business processes and how they operateCreate a clear mapping between the customer's requirements and the corresponding features of the product. This may involve using tools like requirement matrices or gap analysis.Experience working with cross-functional teams, including production, finance, and IT.Work closely with product development, marketing, and sales teams to ensure that customer insights are incorporated into product enhancements and marketing strategiesRequirements:Technical SkillsPrepare demonstrations or presentations that highlight how specific product features can address the customer's unique challenges and deliver value to their operations.Perference :Current or Previous Employment in the UAEPreference will be given to candidates who are currently working in the UAE or have prior experience in the region. This ensures familiarity with the local market and business practices.
