You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using PHP Laravel, Contentful CMS, and React JS. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to create cutting-edge solutions that enhance user experiences.Key Responsibilities:Provide technical vision and direction to align the development team with business strategy.Ensure code quality, system security, and overall development on IT infrastructure.Lead the design and implementation of IT systems for cost-effective solutions.Mentor a team of developers, engineers, and technology specialists.Manage software production lifecycle.Coordinate with teams for new technology integration.Evaluate tools, technologies, and processes for quality products.Translate business requirements into system requirements.Implement best practices for software development and documentation.Maintain high performance and reliability in the architecture.Develop backend components using PHP Laravel.Implement web solutions using React JS.Integrate and manage content using Contentful CMS.Collaborate with teams for seamless integration.Debug technical issues and optimize performance.Develop and maintain databases and APIs.Stay updated on industry trends and technologies.Key Requirements:Extensive software development and system integration experience.Knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns.Lead a team of developers, providing guidance and mentorship.Prioritize development activities for timely high-quality solutions.Promote a positive team culture and continuous learning.Conduct team meetings, performance evaluations, and mentorship.Demonstrate leadership and communication skills.Work effectively in a dynamic environment with problem-solving skills.Key Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.+12 years of experience in PHP Laravel and React JS.Database architecture skills with experience in MongoDB, Redis, or similar.Expertise in Contentful CMS.Full-stack development experience.Proficiency in web technologies and RESTful APIs.Experience with Git and fast-paced environments.Bonus Qualifications:Knowledge of other programming languages.Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, cloud platforms.Experience in machine learning and/or AI.
