GBS represents GCG-Enterprise Solutions and CNS Middle East, operating as an umbrella company for both brands in KSA.Job DescriptionJob DescriptionAlongside other engineers and members of your team (product, data), participate in continuous discovery of your customer/business needs/desires/problems to drive desired outcomesWith guidance from other engineers, design, write and release software as a solution to an end-to-end problem in your business domain and deliver value in small batches in accordance with our engineering standardsParticipate in optimization of your team's practices to develop it into a self-organized, continuously improving unitSeek mentorship to become a product engineer capable of solving a business problem, end-to-end.Empathetic and able to easily build relationships with other engineersGood verbal and written communication skillsHumble, curious, and open-minded with a growth mindset, thriving on continuous feedbackGood knowledge of foundational software engineering with some software development experienceExposed to testing with focus on automated end to end qualityFamiliar with general mobile landscape, architectures, trends/emerging techQualificationsDemonstrated expertise in MS .NET, C#, MS SQL Server , XML, Object Oriented development/UMLExperienced in web technologies - ASP.NET, MVC, REST, HTML 5, Ajax, JavaScript, CSS3, JQuery, etc.Must have a good understanding of SQL fundamentals, T-SQL, stored procedures and optimizing database applications for high scale, low latency.Core Java programming, JSP, Java Applet etc.Experience in IIS Web Server Configuration and DeploymentAbility to adapt quickly to an existing, complex environment. Ability to quickly learn new concepts and software is necessary.Candidate should be a self-motivated, independent, detail oriented, responsible team-player and exhibit exceptional relationship management skills.Passionate about building high-quality systems with software implementation best practices.Strong communications (written and verbal) and problem solving skillsExtensive knowledge in browser compatibility issues and solutionsExperience integrating frontend code with backend services (web services, RESTful services etc.)Experience working through the full product cycle from initial design to rapid production deployment.Able to handle both windows and web - based applications.Additional InformationExperience in Apache Tomcat, Web Sphere, JBOSS Web Server Configuration and DeploymentExperience in SSL Certificate ImplementationExperience in Financial Software & Payment Related Software ImplementationExperience in Telerik Web Controls or Other third party control integration.Experience in VB.NET and Windows Service DevelopmentWorked in ISO Messages and IBM-MQ Servers.Experience in Hardware Device integrationsExperience in using Crystal Reports or other tools to develop reports (Charts and Graphical Reports)
