Salla is seeking an Employee Experience Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for building the employee experience journey and foster a positive and engaging work environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop the employee touch points within Salla reporting to the Employee experience Manager.Responsibilities Develop and implement an innovative employee onboarding and orientation programs to facilitate seamless integration Create and execute employee touchpoint surveys to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement Organize and coordinate company-wide events and activities to foster a sense of community and teamwork Collaborate with HR and management teams to ensure alignment of employee experience efforts with company goals and values Recommend policy adjustments to reflect on the company cultures and values. Provide support and resources to employees to promote well-being and work-life balance Implement recognition and reward programs to acknowledge employee achievements and contributions Stay current with industry trends and best practices in employee experience and make recommendations for continuous improvement
