And why we've been awarded Global Top Employer status, nine years running.So when you're ready to choose a career you'll love, in a company you'll love, feel free to #JoinTheIdea.The incumbent will be responsible for leading all the financial cycles planning, analysis and reporting activities for GCC & Iraq and providing full commercial support and analysis to the local team and Finance Director for key management decisions.This position requires strong technical skills in FP&A, deep understanding of the Tobacco business coupled with excellent and strong communication skills, the ability to work cross functionally with high quality standards and challenge status quo to drive the business agenda.What will you do - Responsibilities:Lead all financial aspects of the planning and budgeting process for GCC & Iraq, covering Volume, P&L, Opex, and marketing budget for various planning cycles (ASP/LE/OL).Ensure timely and accurate submission for all planning and reporting cycles to Corporate systems (IBP, GPM, Roadmaps, etc.).Manage the Planning Tool (TM1) for financial planning cycles.Oversee Market Free Cash Flow planning and submission for GCC & Iraq.Consolidate and analyze monthly performance for GCC & Iraq (Volume and P&L CFO Brief).Provide comprehensive analysis and strategic recommendations.Manage monthly financial performance analysis, quarterly virtual financial meetings, market business reviews, ASP, and other ad hoc presentations for Finance Director/Region/Corporate.Develop pricing simulation scenarios and provide commercial insights for performance improvement and growth.Implement new business flow processes and operation set-up for new market entries in GCC and Iraq.Assess Credit limits for GCC and Iraq markets, initiate revisions to accommodate changes, mitigate credit exposure, and maintain business momentum.Provide structured and full support to the Finance Director and the entire team with solid financial input for business initiatives and financial models.Act as a key point of contact on new business flows (RRP) and ensure commercial understanding and implications for the planning process.Offer cross-functional support to all departments through collaboration, knowledge transfer, and solid financial input.Who are we looking for - Requirements:University Degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting (Master's degree is a plus).Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in a Finance role with prior experience in planning and analysis of financial results, preferably in a multinational FMCG organization.Solid experience in Scenario planning, financial modeling, and high commercial acumen.Strong MS application skills, especially in MS Excel and PowerPoint.Knowledge of SAP4 functionalities, GPM, and TM1 systems.Ability to manage deadlines under tight time pressure.Proactive, creative, and flexible attitude.Strong communication and analytical skills and a good team player.
