Restauran Crew

Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
2. Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage options, including daily specials and promotions.
3. Take accurate food and beverage orders from customers and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff promptly.
4. Serve food and drinks to customers while ensuring accuracy and proper presentation.
5. Provide recommendations and answer questions regarding menu items, dietary restrictions, and special requests.
6. Monitor customer satisfaction and promptly address any concerns or issues to ensure a positive dining experience.
7. Collaborate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure efficient and timely service.
8. Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware, and glassware as per standard procedures.
9. Help prepare drinks when needed and clean the bar area.
10. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, ensuring tables are cleared and cleaned promptly.
11. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently, processing payments and providing accurate change.
12. Uphold hygiene and food safety standards, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
13. Complete closing cleaning tasks as required.

1. Preferably 1-2 years of relevant working experience in the food and beverage industry or equivalent. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply too.
2. Strong business knowledge in retail management, sales and marketing, and customer service.
3. Good command of verbal and written English and Malay languages; ability to speak additional languages will be an added advantage.
4. Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service.

5. Expected salary: RM1,500 - RM2,000 per month.
