We’re looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Duty Manager to oversee our daily operations and ensure a seamless guest experience from check-in to check-out. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing Front Office operations. Represent the Assistant Front Office Manager / Operations Manager after office hours; be present at Reception and Lobby.
- Ensure compliance with policies and instructions.
- Review and identify training needs in Front Office manuals and SOPs.
- Ensure a welcoming atmosphere and outstanding service for every guest.
- Manage guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism.
- Lead, motivate, and support staff to uphold high service standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor lobby traffic and assign team members as required.
- Review VIP reservations and ensure the proper handling of VIPs and groups, administering amenity orders, and managing incoming guests.
- Proven experience in hotel operations or similar hospitality role.
- Able to read, write, speak and understand English to communicate effectively with guests and employees.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work under pressure and deal with stressful situations during busy periods.
- Commitment to providing top-notch guest service.
- Demonstrated ability to handle administrative details and routine day-to-day issues independently, assuming responsibility without direct supervision.
- Able to work on rotation of shifts, weekends and public holidays.
