Your tasks and responsibilities:

  1. You are responsible to deliver comprehensive on-site customer education, covering angiography system operations, upgrades, and optimization.
  2. You are responsible to provide expert consultation to improve angiography workflow, imaging protocols, and clinical procedures to meet customer needs.
  3. You are responsible to offer advanced troubleshooting and application support to ensure seamless operation of angiography systems.
  4. You are responsible to collaborate closely with Sales teams to support product demonstrations and assist in tailoring solutions for specific clinical environments.
  5. You are responsible to contribute to product management by sharing field feedback on customer needs and market opportunities.
  6. You are responsible to lead initiatives to deepen angiography application knowledge within the organization and among healthcare professionals.

Your qualifications and experience:

  1. A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in a hospital setting, specializing in angiography procedures and applications.
  2. Extensive technical expertise in angiography systems, including hardware, software, and imaging protocols.
  3. Diploma/Degree in Radiography, Diagnostic Imaging, or Biomedical Engineering.
  4. Certification as a qualified radiographer or relevant clinical certification is required.

Your attributes and skills:

  1. Proficiency in adapting to diverse clinical requirements and delivering tailored solutions.
  2. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to foster effective learning and collaboration.
  3. Willingness to travel nationwide, as this position demands extensive on-site support. Anticipated travel requirement is approximately 75% of working time, including occasional weekends.
