Key Responsibilities: ·
Greet customers warmly (by Name if whenever
possible) upon arrival and assist them in making meal choices. ·
Address customer inquiries and complaints
promptly and professionally, ensuring a satisfactory resolution. ·
Serve food to customers promptly and
efficiently, following company presentation standards. ·
Monitor service line and attend to customer
needs throughout their dining experience, offering additional services as
necessary. ·
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the
server and dining area, including clearing and resetting tables and restocking
supplies. ·
Ensure that the dining area is visually
appealing and meets company cleanliness standards at all times. ·
Assist in setting up and breaking down for
special events or functions catering. ·
Monitor and replenish service station supplies
such as utensils, napkins, condiments and beverages. ·
Report any shortages or stock issues to the
manager to ensure smooth operations. ·
Work closely with kitchen staff and other
service crew members to ensure efficient and coordinated service. ·
Assist in other operational areas as needed,
including helping in the kitchen during peak hours or handling special tasks
assigned by the manager. Qualifications: ·
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. ·
Must be able to lift and carry heavy trays,
equipment or supplies. ·
Ability to work flexible hours, including
evenings, weekends and holidays. ·
Experience: Prior experience in a restaurant or
food service environment is preferred but not required. ·
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
with a customer-focused attitude. ·
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced
environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Summary of role requirements:
