Liaise with different departments for smooth and coordinated work.
Ensure that the team members adhere to the Human Resource policies.
Customer Service
Personally welcome and escort all hotel guests.
Authorize courtesies for V.I.P.s
Financial
Identify optimal, cost-effective use of resources and educate the team on the same.
Operational
Keep a record of the arrival and departure of the hotel.
Coordinate group arrival and departures.
Address questions pertaining to room accommodations and rates.
Make efforts on low occupancy dates to maximize room revenue.
Maintain a favorable working relationship with all other company employees to foster and obtain business-related information about competing hotels.
Maintain close coordination with airline staff.
Facilitate guest check-in and check-out at the airport.
Present options and alternatives to unreserved guests and assist them in making choices regarding types of available rooms and services of the property.
Personnel
Self-confidence, motivation, drive, and tenacity;
Ability to enhance organizational performance;
Other Duties
Ensure cleanliness of all areas under the Front Office, including the lobby, corridors, main staircase, and drive away.
Assist other departments in case of an emergency.

1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role in a five-star luxury hotel/resort.
Fluency in both written and spoken English.
Well-presented, with an outgoing and friendly attitude.
Able to adapt to unpredictable events and be resourceful.
Reliable and able to thrive in a busy environment while staying calm under pressure.
Well-planned, organized, and always punctual.
