```html JASARA PMC is actively seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join our team. As a leading engineering firm in the industry, JASARA PMC is committed to delivering exceptional results and innovative solutions for our clients. With our focus on social infrastructure programs, we play a crucial role in the development and improvement of our communities.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage civil engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring successful project delivery.
- Prepare and review engineering designs, plans, and specifications for construction.
- Supervise and inspect construction projects to ensure compliance with design and specifications.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure coordination and integration of civil engineering with other disciplines.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to meet client expectations.
- Conduct feasibility studies and provide expert advice on civil engineering matters.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers and staff.
- Stay updated with industry trends, standards, and best practices in civil engineering.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in infrastructure and construction.
- Registered Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles, construction methods, and materials.
- Proficient in using civil engineering design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Civil 3D.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and leadership abilities.
- Experience working on social infrastructure projects is preferred.
