Graphic Designer

Position: Graphic Designer (Full Time)Minimum Work Experience Required: 2 Years Location: Gurugram, Haryana (NCR)Remuneration Offered: INR 4 Lacs - INR 6 Lacs (range varies basis work experience)JOB SUMMARY:We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our marketing team and work closely with us, as we launch a brand event season. We hope to find someone to bring new ideas to the fold. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Full understanding of our shows and the marketing materials needed to support our brand.Assist in designing both print and digital media, including marketing collateral, thumbnails and logos.Assist in designing concept presentations and pitches.Assist in designing creatives that enhance the visual marketing strategy for each show including social posts, website sliders, newsletter templates.Assist in creating and editing compelling video and static content that will be showcased on our social channels and websites. Ability to animate, create GIFs and video a plus.Help manage, prioritise, and execute multiple projects from concept to completion at once under tight deadlines.Assist in file and art transfers to 3rd party vendors and printers—developing strong working relationships to produce quality deliverables.Generate and present design and layout ideas for communications materials-- communicating and collaborating with subject matter experts as needed to develop content.Ability to lead project based work with Managerial guidance.Travel to assigned shows.  MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:Minimum 2 years working within a design department or other creative team environment.BFA and/or MFA degree in graphic/web design or equivalent experience (preferable).Online portfolio showcasing relevant projects that demonstrate the designer's creativity and process.Strong knowledge of Visual Design, knowledge of layout, color, typography theory.Strong visual design skills and experience with the Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Dreamweaver. Knowledge of Corel Draw a Plus!Ability to handle a high volume workload, timely and efficiently.Effective communication skills, ability to verbalize ideas and concepts.Fluency in popular social media platforms is essential.Flexibility to fast-paced, unpredictable deadlines, schedules and ability to prioritise projects accordingly.Professional level knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Travel will be required as part of this profile.
